Bringing out the big guns – Whitney Houston and season 6 winner of American Idol Jordin Sparks collaborate to bring you the theme track called Celebrate which is the title track from the upcoming movie of Sparkle.
Brian Cua (who recently released a version of Kylie Minogue’s latest chart climber Timebomb) re-energises this track to give it more of a club feel. The beautiful vocal from Houston and Sparks work well within this remix. It’s very upbeat version of the original. the original is your typical inoffensive rub track. Brian Cua manages to retain the original flavour of the tune. In my opinion the remix is reminiscent of early rnb house music. I’m certain it will be a good addition to heavy radio rotation as soon as it’s released.
